*Please note that we cannot accept Acrobat files for color critical 4/C jobs. ** We only accept Microsoft Files (Publisher, PowerPoint, and Word) at our discretion and the use of these files may incur extra troubleshooting, setup, and proof charges. IMPORTANT NOTES All supplied layout and vector files must include ALL fonts and imbedded images on disk. Alternatively, all fonts can be converted to outlines. All type, background screens and vector graphics should be converted to CMYK or Grayscale. All black type should be set to Overprint. All pages must have proper crop, cut, and fold marks and have a 1/8" bleed all around. All imbedded images must be set to CMYK or Grayscale and be of at least 300dpi or we cannot guarantee a color correct final product. All bitmapped artwork & type (black & white) should be scanned in at 1200dpi. We also recommend that you supply us with black and white separations printed from a laser printer. Failure to do so will result in additional proof charges and can delay your job on our schedules.   Remember: If we are missing anything, this may delay your order.
