Wood - painted and prepared with 3 coats of paint for long outdoor life. Wooden signs are generally installed on posts, against your building or constructed as an "A-Frame" for mobility. "A-Frame" signs and post signs offer double-sided visibility. Many custom paint colors are available for background.

Plastic - Plexiglass is available in clear, yellow, white, dark blue, lght blue, green, cream, black, brown, and red. Plexiglass is most popular for lit signs because the material is translucent and allows light to show through. As its name suggests, this plastic is more like glass than plastic. Lexan has the same use but is mostly popular for its durability and its manufacturer guarantees against breakage. Colors are limited here and back spraying is necessary and will also add considerably to cost. Lexan is mostly recommended for busy streets where objects are most likely to hit and break them. PVC Plastic is our most economical plastic for long interior life, though not recommended for cold or hot areas as it can warp or break in these conditions - Colors available: white, yellow, green, red, light blue, dark blue, black, gray, tan & brown.

Aluminum - .40 gauge aluminum with a baked on painted finish is an excellent material for outdoor signage. It can be installed flat to a wall or on a post for a street sign (.80 gauge is usually used here). It can also be secured to the side of a rack on trucks where no solid area is available on this commercial vehicle. We also can frame it and tube it for more rigidity and a more finished boxed out look.

Sizes over 4' x 8' will most likely have seams. Seamless work can be possible over 8' but it is dependent on material used and its availability.
