DeSign Stone signs can be formed to virtually any imaginable geometric shape or combination of shapes. These shapes are then accented with simple to intricate reveals; architectural moldings; bevels; brick, stone and tile surface effects; debossed (engraved) or embossed (raised) copy and graphics, or most any decorative element you can imagine, all in ultra lightweight polystyrene foam.

The foam components are cut using state-of-the-art computerized hot wire cutting equipment. Once assembled, the foam structure is sealed from the elements with a high quality two-part polyurethane coating that bonds to the sign and creates an extremely durable protective hard coat shell making it impervious to weather and resistant to incidental impact. The sign is finished with an attractive acrylic texture coat applied in a choice of popular standard or custom colors giving the structure a stone appearance. See Below
