Brands & Weights |
Our five most popular brands are Gildan, Jerzees, Fruit of the Loom, Anvil & Hanes. Most brands offer a minimum of 3 different weight and blend options. Gildan is our most popular seller, as the range of colors along with size options and pricing combine to make this LPB's most desireable brand.
The 50/50 cotton / polyester blend is the most popular, however, 100% cotton is available by request with a medium (5.4oz - 5.6oz) weight class dependent on blend, as well as the heavy (6oz or 6.1oz) dependent on mill selected. The choice is simple, our very popular 50/50 last wash after wash, but if a heavier feeling t-shirt is your desire, then look no further than a 100% 6.0oz or 6.1oz.
Once brand selection and weight choices are made, shirt color and sizes are your next decisions necessary for your instant quote, or see our price charts provided. Shoppers, if you can show us a lower price, we may Match or Beat It!
Brand Preference? |
| If you have previously been happy with a brand and weight, it is important to express this at time of order. |
No Brand Preference? |
| Again, if brand preference is not an issue, we recommend Gildan. Gildan offers a large color, size, and weight selection for the best price. Jerzees also are in high demand and are equal in quality. Mill specials, size, and color availability aid in our purchase decisions. |

Garment Color Choices |
All brands offer a wide variety of colors. Pricing is broken down by 3 groupings - White or Neutrals, Lights or Heathers, and Dark or Colored garments. As a rule, the lighter fabric the less expensive the garment. Darks are more expensive to manufacture than lights and also because the printing process requires a "flash". This process is used to insure the brightness of light colored inks on your dark garment as well as the ink holding up wash after wash. This step is mandatory for a quality printing job.
|
Garment Sizing |
All prices are for Small through X-Large. 2X, 3X - 6X are available but not in all brands and colors. You can call at time of order to discuss this mill availability or see our brand specific price charts provided for these size and color choices. To meet size requirements, we reserve the right to substitute brands where necessary to fulfill order. The color shades will still remain close, and again, will only be a premium brand.

PMS Colors: Ink colors will come as close as possible to pantone colors requested but an exact match is not always possible. Please advise if match is critical so we can provide you a proof for an additional proof fee. (Critical color can delay your order in production)
PMS Color Charge: $35.00 per color. Click Here to see a PMS Color Chart.
Color Changes: $15.00. A color change is charged if throughout the order if ink color changes from garment to garment. We recommend that you limit these color changes where possible as multiple changes add time and cost.

Art Requirements |
Acceptable Art Formats: We prefer artwork done in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw and saved in CDR, EPS, AI, TIFF, or PSD formats. JPEG images are fine if your original artwork in your computer is the actual size to be printed on the shirt. The original artwork should be created at 300dpi and saved at the highest quality JPEG setting. When using vector formats (EPS, AI, CDR), make sure your fonts are converted to outlines and curves. |
