Ticket: 20# White bond, black ink, same copy on all parts, consecutively numbered with 2 red numbers and 1 perf; we will set 13 lines of copy. A custom art charge applies at a minimum fee of $25.00. Logos and photos will add to set up charges, please call for custom quote.
Stub: Standard stub copy is Name, Address, City/State/Zip and Phone.
Cover: 20# White bond, wrap around style, so that ticket numbers show. Printed covers are available; see below for extra charges.

Numbering letter suffixes - A, B, C, D, etc., @ $10.00 each letter change
Numbering resets - $8.00 each

Vertical copy - no extra charge
Special Stubs - Alterations will have an up charge of $18.00 - $32.00. Maximum 7 lines.
Proofs: $25.00 each. Changes made to original copy $6.00 per line.
