Newsletters are printed single through multiple colors on a variety of offset or glossy papers. Generally they are printed several times throughout a year and their sole purpose is to inform.

The most popular size is 11 x 17, which folds down to 8 1/2 x 11 and then again down to 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 should they need to tab and mail as a self mailer. Newsletters are generally a minimum of 4 pages (one folded sheet) and can range in size sometimes up to 28 pages.

With proper planning 3rd class mail can save money on postage and still reach your audience in enough time. Postal savings can only be achieved with quantities of 500 or more pieces.
