Setup / Art Charge: No charge if using one of our stock calendar layouts. If custom layout, $35.00 if digital file not provided. Please inquire about art requirements. Specify size and stock layout number. If pictured with more than one color, additional colors must be added. Calendars can start with any month.

Attachment: The following item can be attached to these products: Air temp strip: 3.5" x .5" heat sensitive strip.
Copy Changes: No charge for copy changes. Copy changes must be in increments of 250 pieces.
Quantity: Must be ordered in increments of 250 pieces. Example: 250, 500, 750, 1000, 1250, etc.
Less than Minimum: No quantity less than 250 pieces available.
Product Time: Approximately 5-8 working days.
