All of our print specials are priced for black ink, a standard color or four-color process (CMYK) where indicated. Some print and promotional product specials use hot stamping, screen printing or some other printing technique to give your product that professional finish. Be sure to see any art/setup charges that may apply to these finishing techniques.

SELECT OPTIONS (If Applicable)
Since all of our products are completely customizable, it may be neccessary to choose from different options, including different fonts, stock logos, paper stocks, ink colors, product colors, sign materials, postal rates, clothing sizes, for example. When given the option to select a standard color you may choose from any of our standard ink listed in the typesetting and layout price chart. Should a standard color not be the color of choice, PMS colors (The Pantone Color Chart) adds hundreds of color options at an additional cost. If the many selections and options are not outlined in complete detail with these specials at the time of quote/order, we shall pose further questions and provide you all the options and details of the job.

ART SERVICES / SETUP CHARGES

FREE ART / SETUP / PLATES & SCREENS ocassionally are offered with your products. If so, this will be noted with promotion and at time of quote.

If no such promotion should apply, graphic art / design services are available at an hourly rate with a minimum charge of $25.00. For additional scans, halftones, duotones, color separations, and B&W or color proofs, pricing is also available. We offer whatever prepress requirements are necessary to produce your quality product.

With our state of the art equipment, we can go direct to plate on most of your paper products (from disk to plate). However, we can also go direct to film if necessary. Film is additional and these prices are available in the Graphic Design & Prepress section. Dependent on quality and complexity of your job, the best plate method will be determined by us. Either way, both methods require a proof for your approval. We cannot proceed to press without this in hand!

We reserve the right to select the plate method which will best serve your needs. All of these additional charges can be quoted with accuracy once we receive the exact details of the job.

Typestyles and logos present a small sampling of the numerous styles available for your designs. We offer a wide range of stock logos and typestyles. Please specify the nature of your business of the logo that you are looking for and we will gladly present this option to you with your proofs. Attention to design and detail is important to us and we strive to treat all of our customers with the most individual attention for their unique look.

Should you desire a logo not readily available in our stock library, we have the skills to create whatever you are looking to achieve as logo design is a specialty of ours. This will most likely require a custom quote and may dictate a face to face appointment, should it be more complex. Custom logos can get very invoved as they are illustrations designed specifically to your tastes. It is always helpful when looking for custom work to send along with samples of logos you've seen and like. This will only help us to not waste your time and money and we can get close to the look you design with our first round of designs.

All prices in our specials include preparation from supplied disk, one piece negatives, or scanned art unless free setup is indicated with special. If file setup charges are offered, this does not include multiple revisions. If screens and plates have been prepared after we have signed approvals - these too will be billable additionally. Please add cost for preparation charges if one piece negatives will not be provided. Also note that additional design and artwork, as well as scans incur additional charges. More specifically, these additional setup charges may also be from a screen, plate or prepress art as need to complete your job.

One and two-color work has much faster turnaround times in our offset printing department. Production time is 7-14 working days on four-color work. If negatives or disk is supplied production time may be faster. Time will be added for troubleshooting of these files. We will always try to improve on these times if our schedule will allow it. Please inquire as we take your deadlines very seriously. RUSH SERVICE IS AVAILABLE!

Because all of our products are made custom to your order, it is not always impossible for us to give you an instant online price. It is therefore necessary to fill out the Request For Quote Form. Please fill out the form as much as possible, listing options, quantities and description of products desired.

PLACE YOUR ORDER
You can place your order in several ways. Once you have heard back from us regarding your quote, you can place your order via e-mail (remember to include your quote reference number with all correspondence), you can fax in your order to

(732) 283-4333. At this time, prepayment of your order will be required unless prior credit terms have been established. Upon review of your order, it is at this time that a customer service representative will acknowledge receipt of your job with a job number and exact payment required, as well as shipping and overrun estimation charges. This job number will be important to trace the progress of your job(s)!

CHOOSE YOUR SHIPPING OPTION
Due to the wide variety of products we sell, UPS and FedEx are not your only options. We can ship via USPS, Airborne, messenger or independent trucking. We will always try to choose the most economical way to fit your needs. This option and a shipping estimate can be determined at time order is placed. Express delivery, 1-Day, 2-Day and 3-Day Service is available but no P.O. Box addresses are accepted. Please also advise if this is a business or a residence to properly calculate the freight on your order. Our preferred carrier is FedEx. Any other carriers will be an additional $6.00 for handling and $4.00 for each additional carton. We will use our shipping method of choice unless instructed otherwise.

DROP SHIPMENTS
Your billing address can be different from your shipping address. However, all balances must be paid in full prior to shipping (unless other arrangements have been made). A billing address must be provided at time of order.

Each item ordered will be shipped to the address specified on the order form. If items are to have several shipping locations - separate orders will need to be created for each item. Drop shipment incur a $4.00 handling fee.

INSURANCE
All packages can be insured for an additional fee. This must be specified at the time of the order.
